TESA Awarded NOAA ProTech Fisheries Domain Contract

Technical and Engineering Support Alliance (TESA), TechGlobal’s Joint Venture (JV) with Earth Resources Technology (ERT), was selected as an awardee under the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Professional and Technical Services Fisheries Domain (ProTech Fisheries) contract. The JV will be able to compete for individual task orders under this multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.  The period of performance includes a two-year base contract and three option years. The contract began on September 30, 2018 and could last through September 2023. Places of performance will be determined by individual task orders. Various and diverse locations across the world include: New England/Mid-Atlantic United States; Hawaii; Alaska; Saint Petersburg, FL; Seattle, Washington; American Samoa; Guam; and the Caribbean.

ProTech Fisheries is the second of five domains to be awarded under NOAA’s ProTech services solution. The Domains will provide support to NOAA and will include its Line and Staff Offices, as well as other Bureaus within the U.S. Department of Commerce, where applicable. ProTech Fisheries focuses on national and international fishery management support, marine observations, environmental data and information services, and various impact analyses for science-based conservation and management of fishing communities.
