Administrative Services

TechGlobal staff support government customers with a variety of administrative services ranging from secretarial support to program management, including cleared staff. Job functions include reception, facilities management, technical writing, real estate analysis, and project or program oversight.

Education Program and Special Event Support

 TechGlobal assists federal organizations with educational programs, analyzing teaching methods and applying them to educational materials created by government customers to ensure quality, compelling materials are delivered. TechGlobal staff support scholarship programs, identifying and working with students to ensure they get the most of their scholarship opportunity. Additionally, TechGlobal staff develop cost-effective assessment metrics and goal-specific outcomes of educational programs. As part of strategic communications plans, TechGlobal supports special events designed to deliver specific information to an organization’s target audiences. Our staff develops event concepts, create logistics plans, design materials and exhibits, help publicize and implement events, and measure each event’s success. Cultural Resources TechGlobal archeologists documented historic shipwrecks in the Great Lakes, and our software developers built the National Park Service’s inventory of cultural sites. We understand why cultural resources matter to your constituents.

Outreach Program Support

TechGlobal helps customers design and implement a wide variety of outreach programs. These include advocacy initiatives; trade show and conference support; legislative affairs support; and media relations support. For our NOAA customer, TechGlobal works to ensure that communities are aware of local government activities and their benefits. Outreach efforts involve events, publications, in-person briefings, and as necessary, major awareness campaigns that utilize a wide range of publicity and communication tactics.

Grants Management

TechGlobal provides services to manage competitive and noncompetitive grants programs. We develop and publish funding opportunities, process applications, organize and convene review panels, perform post-selection and post-award processing, file and track progress reports, enter data into appropriate databases, and handle communications (written or oral) with applicants and awardees. We also provide technical support to government staff in creating and maintaining databases or other systems for tracking grant recipients and reviewers. We also assist and accompany federal program officers on site visits of grantees.
